Montessori trained. 

I Started my career in Brooklyn teaching grades from Pre-K to first grade.  I trained and taught in a Montessori school for 4 years before taking a break to raise my daughter.  I returned to teaching in 2012.

I am lucky to still be able to do what I love here at Green Thumb. I think it is very important to provide a safe, fun and educational space for the children to learn. To become confident in the skills they will need to move forward to kindergarten.

20+ years working with children, 13 of them at Green Thumb.  

I love working with young children because it’s so rewarding watching them grow and learn in a caring environment. I love singing, dancing, reading, and crafts.  And the joy of seeing a smiling faces every day.

I thrive to make learning fun and enjoy watching how much my students progress throughout the year. I have been working in preschool since 2009 when I graduated with my Associates Degree. I have been at GreenThumb since 2014 and became a lead teacher in 2016.

Recreation Center in Barnegat – mommy and me for 4 years. 

I have always had a love for children. I enjoy playing with them, teaching them and doing crafts. Just being around their sweet innocence is so special. Working at a child care facility is truly the only job for me. I get to love these little beings all day long. Having grown children, I could not wait until I became a grandma. And now I am. It is so incredible. Children are the best gift.

I started with Green Thumb right out of high School. It has been a very rewarding experience. I enjoy working with our little ones and to be a part of their day.
